Welcome to PropatiPadi “the App”, owned and operated by PropatiPadi Ltd These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the PropatiPadi mobile application and related services.

By downloading, registering, or using PropatiPadi, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements to use this App. By registering, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and truthful.

2. Description of Service

PropatiPadi provides a digital platform for users to:

• Browse, list, and view landed properties for sale;
• Save money over time towards the purchase of property; and
• Make in-app payments related to property savings and acquisitions.

PropatiPadi does not directly sell properties but connects users with verified property opportunities and facilitates savings plans through trusted channels.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features, you must register and create an account.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information;
• Keep your login details secure;
• Not engage in any fraudulent, misleading, or abusive activities.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.

4. Payments and Savings

Payments made through the App are processed via secure payment gateways integrated into PropatiPadi

By making payments, you agree that:

• You are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds in your payment method;
• Payment records are maintained for transparency;
• PropatiPadi Ltd is not liable for transaction failures due to issues with your bank or payment provider.

All payment terms, including savings targets and withdrawal conditions, will be stated clearly within the App’s savings plan interface.

5. Property Listings

PropatiPadi strives to ensure that all property listings are genuine and verified.

However:

• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or legality of third-party listings;
• Users are advised to conduct due diligence before entering into any property transaction.

6. Data Collection and Privacy

We collect personal information including your name, email, bank details, and other data necessary to operate the App

Your data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA) 2023.

By using the App, you consent to such collection and processing

7. Intellectual Property

All content on PropatiPadi, including the logo, trademarks, interface, text, graphics, and software, are the property of PropatiPadi Ltd and protected under Nigerian intellectual property laws

You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without prior written consent.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the App for fraudulent or unlawful purposes;
• Upload false or misleading property information;
• Interfere with the security, operation, or performance of the App;

- Use automated systems (bots, crawlers) to access or scrape the App’s content.

9. Limitation of Liability

PropatiPadi Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

• Use or inability to use the App;
• Errors or inaccuracies in property listings;
• Payment processing failures or unauthorized account access.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the App is to discontinue its use.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or related to the use of this App shall first be resolved through mediation in Nigeria, in accordance with the Arbitration and Mediation Act, 2023.

If mediation fails, the parties may seek remedies in the appropriate court within Nigeria.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account without notice if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in fraudulent or unlawful activity.

12. Changes to Terms

PropatiPadi Ltd reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted within the App with the new effective date. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

15. Completion of Transactions Within The App

All property-related transactions, communications, and payments initiated through the PropatiPadi App must be concluded exclusively within the App.

Users are strictly prohibited from taking any transaction or negotiation that originated on the App offline or completing such transactions outside the PropatiPadi platform without the express written consent of PropatiPadi Ltd.

Any user found to have diverted, facilitated, or completed a transaction outside the App shall be deemed to have violated these Terms and Conditions and may be subject to account termination, civil liability, and/or criminal prosecution under applicable Nigerian laws.
